We’d love to have curious, hands-on and persistent Process Engineers join us at our manufacturing site in downtown Stockholm. We are growing and need to strengthen our processes in both Production and Engineering to meet our customers needs and demands during the next year. For this reason, we are seeking several Process Engineers. 


Production and Engineering at Exeger

As a Process Engineer at Exeger you will be part of the Production or/and the Engineering team, two departments that are driven by commercial viability with the end goal to benefit the customers. You will be part of teams working extremely hard to build on the existing vision – to restore the carbon balance of the planet by empowering people with clean endless energy.


Your responsibilities and duties

The Process Engineers will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. You will support the process development, formulating hypothesis and suggesting possible solutions to issues encountered. As a Process Engineer working for the Engineering department your main responsibility will be to develop the machines into operational function units which sees the productions demand and need. Moreover, you will also:

  • Sustain and improve process yield
  • Monitor and analyze general objective for process development
  • Contribute to the development of work environment and processes
  • Run, understand and analyze tests for Production/Engineering projects


What about you?

To strive in this customer-centric environment, we believe you should have experience within production/process engineering and preferably a Sc or MSc degree in Physics, Chemistry or Manufacturing Engineering. You have a strong capability of leading your own work and love to take ownership, and are also a great communicator. In addition, we believe you are curious and welcome new ideas and changes, maybe even something that you prefer. You are highly result-driven and a promoter of structured and organized work, and you also have the ability to work under high pressure and still deliver with great quality.
